• We monitor unauthorised digital lending promoted through apps, websites, emails, social media, and WhatsApp/SMS. Fraudsters often deceive customers by misusing the identity of regulated entities. Consumers can support this work by sending evidence (links and screenshots) of dubious lending to teamface@faceofindia.org. We will examine and report them to relevant agencies for action.
